30 minutes on where you are and what keeps knocking you off. You leave with your next step to start moving forward tomorrow.

For hardworking men
A lot of programs hand you a plan and leave you to fit it in. We build it around your real week and stay with you until it sticks, 1-on-1 with Dr. Luke Alley and the PWP team.
Your coach is a message away every day. Here's how it works.

16 weeks in four blocks, shaped around your work, travel and energy. You review it 1-on-1 with your coach every month.
Stuck, unsure or slipping? Message us or send a clip of your lift. Every week we check in to review, adjust and build.

You go all in: new plan, early alarm, perfect week. Then a deadline, a move or a rough weekend hits, one missed week becomes a month, and you're back to starting over on Monday.
It's not a willpower problem. It's a support problem. We build a floor under you, so a bad week is just a bad week. Enough beats perfect, and you pick it back up the next day.
Most guys who land here have tried a trainer, an app or a diet. Each one covers a piece. PWP puts doctors of physical therapy and certified health coaches in your corner across your whole week.
1-on-1 with the same real person

Plan built around your week, adjusted every week
You learn to run it yourself
Patterns we see again and again, not promises.
Training about 3 days a week, through travel and work crunches.
A real strength program, working towards a goal that always felt out of reach.
More energy, saying yes to plans, showing up at work and at home.
A short workout still counts as progress.
Here's what that looked like for three of them. Each came in having fallen off, and each left with a routine that held.

Ryan W.
Ryan had good habits but felt like he was going through the motions. We started with sleep, then built progressive strength training, interval runs and daily mobility for his shoulder. He hit a nonstop 5K under 30 minutes, then ran one in 25, and kept his routine through a job change, a family wedding and planning his own.
“I finally met my run goal of a sub-30-minute nonstop 5K. I was walking by the mirror in the gym putting weights away and caught a glimpse of myself. I just thought, 'Wow, I look DIFFERENT,' in a really good way. I feel like I look stronger and healthier on top of feeling it.”

Tom O.
Tom was living an active lifestyle but had never trained for it or walked into a gym. We planned his first visit in detail. From there he trained three or four times a week, learned barbell squats and free weights, kept adding weight, and started meal-prepping for long workdays.
“I'm feeling stronger and more confident, and I don't have the same anxieties around going to the gym. My confidence has increased, I have more energy, and I've noticed it in my recreational activities too, like feeling stronger on my bike.”

Brandon G.
Brandon joined while leaving a corporate job for an MBA, living at home and helping care for his dad, with a lingering shoulder injury. He built a strength routine around his shoulder, went from about 260 lbs toward the low 230s, built from 10-minute runs to 30, and learned to get back on track quickly while traveling for weeks.
“Before, I'd go months without working out. Now if I miss two weeks, I feel it, and I want to get back. That's something new.”

A health coach helps you turn what you already know into a routine you keep. At PWP that means a plan for training, food, sleep and evenings built around your week, and a coach who stays with you through it. You can message any day, we check in every week to review, adjust and build, and we meet 1-on-1 every month. The Everfit app handles the day-to-day.
Hardworking men who know what to do and have done it before, but keep falling off when work, school or life gets busy. Guys who keep starting over, guys who never learned how to train, and guys who are done starting from zero.
A trainer covers your workouts. We cover the whole day around them: sleep, food, the 5 PM crash and what you do with your evenings. PWP is led by Dr. Luke Alley, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified health coach, who works alongside Dr. Tony Chan, PT, DPT, OCS. So you learn to train with confidence, around old aches, with real people in your corner rather than a bot.
Coaching can help you build the routines and support around those things: what fills your evenings, how you unwind, how you sleep and who you lean on. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace your doctor or therapist. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US).
30 minutes, free, on video. The one goal is to find the next step that gets you moving. Sometimes that's the program, and sometimes it's a trainer or a run club. Either way you leave with it.
Before your last session we map out what's next together, so you leave with a plan either way. The goal is that you can keep building on your own. Most men choose to keep working with us on the next goal, with continued coaching, updated programming and a deeper review each quarter.
We're based in Boston and coach men online across the U.S. Sessions are on video, and everything in between happens in the Everfit app and by message.
Pricing depends on the plan you build together, so we go through it with you on the free Clarity Call. There is no cost and no obligation to book the call.
