For hardworking men who've fallen off. Expertise is easy to find. Following through is the hard part, and it's what we coach: a plan built around your goals and your week, a coach you can reach every day, and by week 16, the know-how to keep it going on your own.

What Clients Say
“He meets you where you are, without judgment, and helps you build habits that fit your real life.”
Built for the All-In Guy Who Fell Off
You're capable and disciplined. You've passed the exams, hit the deadlines and carried the team. Health used to be one of your things. Then a new job, a move or a big season took over, and it slipped.
Most men we work with know exactly what they should be doing. What's missing is a plan that fits a real week, someone who holds them to it, and the skills to train with confidence. These are the kinds of things they tell us when they start:
- "I know what I need to do. I'm just not doing it."
- "I do well for a few months, then I fall off the wagon."
- "It's always this two-day big effort that just fizzles out."
- "I don't want to be perfect. I just want to know I'm doing enough."
The Plan
Personalized health coaching means the plan starts from your life, not a template. We look at how you train, eat, sleep and spend your evenings right now, and where the week keeps breaking down. Then we build one plan around your goals. If your goal is weight, that plan becomes our weight loss coaching. If you're running on empty, it starts as burnout coaching, and if food is the sticking point, as nutrition coaching.
Week 1 is small on purpose: this week's exercise routine, one simple change to food or sleep, and one social action, all tied to the bigger picture. Training, food, sleep and stress sit in one plan, so you get fitness and nutrition coaching that actually connect.
- A free 30-minute Clarity Call to find your next step
- A habit audit: training, food, sleep, stress and evenings
- A custom 16-week plan in four 4-week blocks, built around your work, travel and energy
- A structured strength program that adds weight block over block
- A coach on hand between sessions, not just at them
- A weekly check-in, and monthly 1-on-1 video sessions to review each block and set the next
- The Everfit app for workouts, habits, daily activity and a food journal
- A certificate of completion at the end
The Partnership
Every month you meet your personal health coach 1-on-1 on video to review the block and set the next one. In between, a weekly check-in keeps it moving: we review, adjust and build. You log workouts and habits in Everfit, we look at what held and what didn't, and the plan changes to fit the week you actually have. And you never have to save it up for the next session. Send a message or a voice memo, film a set for a form check, and if it needs a proper chat, we'll jump on a quick call. If travel, a deadline or a bad week knocks you off, we get you back on track fast, before one missed week turns into a month.
This is accountability coaching with certified Doctors of Physical Therapy behind it. As Doctors of Physical Therapy, we teach you to train with confidence, exercise with a plan, and work around the nagging shoulder or back that has been holding you back. Think of it as an online health and fitness coach and a health coach in one, with the same real people the whole way.
Ownership
By the final session you're the one running it. You've made real progress toward your goal, and you leave with a clear plan to keep going. You know your routine, what to do on a bad week, and how to set your own next block.
Before your last session we map out what's next together, so you leave with a plan either way.
What Most Men See by Week 16
These are patterns we see again and again, not promises. By week 16, most guys are exercising consistently, usually 3 days a week, and they keep it going through travel, busy work stretches and bad days. That's the biggest shift, because most of them came in stuck in an on-again, off-again cycle.
They know what they're doing in the gym. Many lift a barbell with confidence for the first time, and a lot add running, yoga or activities with friends. The ripple effects show up outside the gym: more energy, saying yes to plans, the confidence to have the hard conversations at work, showing up better for the people around you.
There's a mindset shift too. They're less hard on themselves and stop treating one missed workout as starting over. A short workout still counts as progress.
After Week 16
Most men choose to keep working together to take on the next goal. That looks like continued coaching calls, updated programming, and a deeper review each quarter where we reset your long-term goals. If something comes up between calls, we jump on a call to work through it and keep you moving forward.
What Coaching Is and Isn't
This is health and well-being coaching, delivered as a 16-week health coaching program. It helps with the habits around stress, energy, sleep and things like smoking or late-night scrolling, but it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it works alongside your doctor or therapist, never instead of them. New to coaching? Here's what a health coach actually does.
From going through the motions to a 25-minute 5K
“I finally met my run goal of a sub-30-minute nonstop 5K. I was walking by the mirror in the gym putting weights away and caught a glimpse of myself. I just thought, 'Wow, I look DIFFERENT,' in a really good way. I feel like I look stronger and healthier on top of feeling it.”
Ryan W.Ryan had good habits but felt like he was going through the motions. We started with sleep, then built progressive strength training, interval runs and daily mobility for his shoulder. He hit a nonstop 5K under 30 minutes, then ran one in 25, and kept his routine through a job change, a family wedding and planning his own.
How PWP Compares to Other Kinds of Help
Most guys who end up here have already tried something: an app, a trainer, a diet, a program off the internet. Each one helps with a piece. The difference is certified Doctors of Physical Therapy, a board-certified health coach and one real person across your whole week.

Common Questions
Something else on your mind? Email us.
How much does the program cost?
Pricing depends on the plan you build, so we walk you through it on the free Clarity Call. The call itself costs nothing and there is no obligation.
How often do I talk to my coach?
Whenever you need to. Message when something comes up, film a set if you want eyes on your form, and if it needs a real conversation we'll jump on a quick call. Underneath that sits the structure: a check-in every week, and a 1-on-1 video session at the end of each 4-week block.
I travel a lot and my schedule changes every week. Will this work?
Yes. That's who this is built for. The plan is shaped around your work, travel and energy from the start, and when a week goes sideways we adjust it instead of letting it fall apart. Everything is online, so your virtual health coach travels with you.
Do I need a gym, or to know how to train?
No to both, to start. Some men begin with walks and home workouts, and a lot have only ever used machines, a class or an app. We teach you the lifts and check your form, and many end up following a structured strength program in a gym and lifting a barbell with confidence for the first time.
Is this an online fitness and nutrition coach, or a health coach?
Both. Your training is planned by Doctors of Physical Therapy, your eating habits are coached alongside it, and sleep and stress are part of the same plan. That's what makes it health coaching, not a workout program with a meal plan attached.
Is this physical therapy?
No. PWP's coaches, Dr. Luke Alley and Dr. Tony Chan, are Doctors of Physical Therapy, which shapes how safely training is built into your plan and how we work around aches, but the program is health and well-being coaching. It does not treat injuries or medical conditions.
What happens after week 16?
Before your last session we map out what's next together. Most men keep working with us on the next goal, with continued coaching calls, updated programming and a quarterly review. Others take the plan and run it on their own.
